Harmonious Adventures

Kristen Harmon Travel Advisor

Disney and cruise vacations planned with heart, from Mexico Beach, Florida.

Golden hour at a refined Orlando resort pool

The trip you'll still be
telling stories about in ten years.

We plan private family travel by hand — Disney, Disney Cruise Line, Royal Caribbean, Adventures by Disney, Land Adventures, and Ama Waterways. One family at a time, from the first phone call to the ride home.

About the Advisor

One family at a time, from the first call to the trip home.

Kristen Harmon is a bespoke travel advisor for families who want the planning done properly — and quietly. She works primarily with Disney parks, Disney Cruise Line, and luxury family cruising, because doing a few things extremely well beats doing everything.

Every trip is planned by a real person you can call by name. No portals, no chatbots, no upsells. Just a considered plan, a printed itinerary in the mail before you leave, and someone on the other end of the line if the flight goes sideways.

A Note From Our Founder

“The best trips aren't the most expensive ones. They're the ones where somebody quietly took care of everything so your family could just be together.”

The Approach

Three steps, one advisor, the whole way through.

  1. 01

    The Conversation

A phone call, not a form. We ask about your family — the sleepers, the picky eaters, the one who wants to meet every character.

  2. 02

    The Plan

A printed itinerary, mailed to your door. Dining, rooms, transfers, park mornings — the whole week considered in advance.

  3. 03

    On the Ground

We stay on call for the trip. Missed flight, sick child, sudden reservation — one text, one answer, sorted.

Questions

The questions families ask first.

What does it cost to work with a travel advisor?
Planning a Disney or cruise vacation with me costs you nothing extra. I am paid a commission by the resort or cruise line, and your price is the same as booking direct. Complex custom land itineraries may carry a small planning fee, and I will always tell you before any work begins.
Will my trip cost more than booking it myself?
No. You pay the same published rate, and I apply every promotion you qualify for. I also watch for price adjustments after you book and reprice your reservation when a lower rate appears.
How far in advance should I start planning?
For Disney World, six to twelve months is comfortable. For Disney Cruise Line, twelve to eighteen months gives you the best choice of ship, stateroom, and sailing date. Later is still workable — I plan short-notice trips regularly.
What exactly do you handle?
Resort or ship selection, room category, dining, park days, excursions, transfers, travel insurance guidance, payment reminders, and a day-by-day plan before you leave. During the trip you have my phone number if anything changes.
Do you only plan Disney trips?
Disney parks and Disney Cruise Line are my specialty, and I also plan Royal Caribbean, Adventures by Disney, AmaWaterways river cruising, and guided land journeys such as national parks and ranch stays.
How do we begin?
Send an inquiry through the contact page with your dates, group, and rough budget. I reply within one business day and we start with a short conversation before anything is booked.

Begin

Tell us about the trip you have in mind.

A short note is enough to start. We'll write back within the day, and if it feels right, we'll set up a call.
