The Concierge Approach

A Florida advisor who plans Disney the way insiders do.

Most families plan Disney from a distance — a spreadsheet, a forum, a hope. I am based on the Florida Gulf Coast and in the parks often enough to know which resort refurbishments will touch your stay, which VIP tour guide suits your children, and which dinner reservation is worth the wait.

As an independent advisor with The Curated Travel Collection — a Disney EarMarked Platinum Agency — I plan private VIP tours, elite resort suites, and Disney Cruise Line concierge staterooms with insider access, then stay on call for the whole trip.

Concierge Perks

What your planning includes.

Private Disney VIP Tours

Reserved with the right guide for your family, with park-to-park movement, expedited access to the attractions that matter, and no standing in lines with small children.

Elite Resort Accommodations

Club Level rooms, multi-bedroom suites, and the resorts worth their rate — Grand Floridian, Four Seasons Orlando, and the Epcot-area boardwalk hotels.

Signature Dining, Secured

Victoria & Albert's, California Grill, and the character breakfasts your children will remember — reserved the hour the window opens, not the week after.

Insider Itinerary Management

Rope-drop strategy, afternoon rest, and fireworks viewing planned around your family's rhythm. Adjustments handled while you are on the trip, not after.

Private Transfers & Logistics

Airport arrivals, resort-to-resort movement, and Disney Cruise Line connections arranged door to door, so no one in your family thinks about a schedule.

A Printed Itinerary in the Mail

A bound, day-by-day plan with confirmation numbers and notes, delivered to your door before you travel. The phone stays in your pocket.

How It Works

Three steps, from first call to ride home.

  1. 01

    The Consultation

A private phone call about your family — ages, pacing, must-do attractions, and the resort you have been saving for.

  2. 02

    The Plan

VIP tours, suites, dining, and transfers reserved in the right order and at the right windows, with a printed itinerary mailed to you.

  3. 03

    The Trip

One text reaches me directly while you travel. A missed connection or a closed ride, handled before it touches your day.

Check VIP Availability

Tell me about the trip you have in mind.

A short note is enough. I will write back within the day with availability for VIP tours, resort suites, and dining — and if it feels right, we will set up a private consultation.

Questions, Answered

Frequently asked questions.

What does a Disney VIP tour planner actually handle?

Everything that stands between your family and a calm, well-paced trip: private Disney VIP Tour reservations, Club Level and suite accommodations, signature dining reservations, private transfers, and a day-by-day plan you can hold in your hands. You make one call; the rest is handled.

Do you only work with Florida families?

No. Being based in Mexico Beach, Florida means I am in the parks and on the ships often, and my advice reflects what is true this season, not last year. Families from across the country plan with me the same way — by phone, by mail, and by a printed itinerary that arrives before you leave.

How far in advance should we start planning a VIP-level Disney trip?

Six to twelve months is ideal for the best suites and holiday dates. Disney VIP Tour booking windows and signature dining reservations open 60 days before arrival, and I manage both for you so nothing is missed.

What is your agency affiliation?

Kristen Harmon operates as an independent travel advisor affiliated with The Curated Travel Collection, an authorized Disney Vacation Planner and Disney EarMarked Platinum Agency. Kristen is an IATAN-accredited travel professional.
